Research says most work weeks are focused on business objectives, decisions from management, or customer issues. Employee Appreciation Day, on the other hand, is a special day that should be truly cantered around the teams of employees that make things happen every single day.
One of SHAPE's strategic targets is Valuing Staff and on Friday, 31 March 2023, SHAPE employees, along with their spouses/partners who support them in being committed to the good work that SHAPE do enjoyed a day out at Lemon Valley. The day was supported by the SHAPE Board of Directors who recognised the achievements and contributions of their employees. Thanks to the Board of Directors for making the team feel appreciated!
The staff thoroughly enjoyed the experience and enjoyed each other's company outside of the work environment, on a social level.
